Free Delivery & Shipping Policies Disclaimer
The Company may use information provided by You in order to process deliveries and fulfill them, i.e., hand deliver or ship them to You at the address which You provided. If You contact Us in order to change or make a correction to a delivery address, this disclaimer still applies.
We will be using Our own in house delivery drivers/employees to make deliveries for online/internet sales orders, prescription medication, OTC’s, DME’s and PPE’s in a 10 mile radius, and We will also be using various third party providers to fulfill delivery and shipping of Your orders processed online.
Shipping of dangerous goods or hazardous materials (those which are flammable, contain alcohol, or any other item classified as ground or air hazardous material) will incur a special premium (depending on weight and size), and will be packaged and shipped individually of all other items whether in the same order or separately.
Our Free Delivery service is only for prescription medication and may be subject to charges depending on the nature of the prescription medication (whether it is time-sensitive, contains controlled substances, or cold items that must be kept at a certain temperature) and may incur a charge if paired with non-prescription items.
Contactless delivery can be requested due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and on a case by case basis for immunosuppressed or immunocompromised patients. If You, a family member, or relative or anyone living in the same household is sick or shows symptoms of cold, cough, flu, or illness, please request contactless delivery in order to keep Our delivery drivers/employees, third party delivery drivers/employees, as well as You and Your family members safe.
Curbside delivery will still be offered to all patients upon request.
All deliveries for online orders/internet sales will be processed and shipped after 24 hours to allow time for cancellation and for You to make any necessary corrections/changes to the shipping/delivery information. Allow 7 to 10 business for Your product to reach You or be delivered to the address You provided online. If You do not receive Your order in 7 to 10 business days, not including public holidays, national, or government holidays, please reach out to us through the following channels:

In the case of a state-of-emergency, natural disaster, or any unforeseeable circumstances, We may close our physical location in the interest of keeping our employees safe and out of harm’s way. In such cases, all orders will be processed in the order they were received and sent out as soon as possible. In such circumstances, We will call You and give you updates on Your order, its status, and when it is shipped or sent out for delivery to You. In these situations, delivery and shipping times may increase and We will not be held liable for delays in processing, delivery/shipping, and/or availability of products.
